How could this be? We are in the double digits people!!!! Shocking. That's all I can say. When I was a kid, I thought we would be flying around in spaceships in the 2000's . . . Things haven't changed that much, well, unless you're balloon boy, we're still getting around the same way we did as kids, hmmmmm
Another thing that hasn't changed for us, is that little tiny island we love very much. St. John. ICYDK, it's one of the 3 islands that make up The Virgin Islands. We discovered it's beauty 16 years ago and after (only) 1 visit, decided to marry each other there.
This year, we celebrate 15 years of marriage! Lucky us, we will be returning to our little Paradise to celebrate and to re-commit our promise to each other. We're joining the group that gathers on the beach (I forgot which one) on Valentines Day for a massive re-commitment ceremony. Last year, we were told 100 couples attended. We could not be more excited for this vacation/ceremony/year!
Now let's talk about the game,
The shop, is rockin' . . . This will be our 5th year of the brick & mortar . . . Another shocking realization. Some people still don't know I'm here, and I will be making sure they find me this year. Somehow, Someway, they'll find me.
Ya know why? . . . cuz at some point in life, The Desert Beckons all of us!
Stay tuned,
yours in beads and rocks,
Kathy
